"The Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio helped make our event go smoothly with great communication and punctual arrival. The music was well performed and great fun. The caller did a fantastic job of putting people at ease an encouraging lots of dancing and everyone had a great time. At our working event the next day, many attributed the positive mood and energy to the ceilidh the night before, so maybe it is the secret to successful strategy seminars?!"

"We booked Rachel Redman as a trio alongside Matt and Gaby for my 40th birthday party at The Unicorn in Henley. They had a bit of everything, including three vocals, harmonies, percussion and guitar, lights, full sound system and they played party hits through their system in their breaks. We enjoyed dancing to some rock and pop hits throughout the evening. Rachel, Matt and Gaby were on time and friendly. They made my birthday so memorable, everyone thought they were just amazing! They really added something very special to the night and I have had loads of lovely comments from my friends and family about how amazing they were today. Thank you Rachel, Matt and Gaby."

The music was fantastic, and I felt the calling gave us just the right amount of detail without holding back those who were itching to get on with the dancing. "Having a Ceilidh band and a caller will absolutely make your event. There are two things my family and friends talk about when they talk about my wedding: the Ceilidh and our magician. So first off, going for a Ceilidh really is worthwhile. It's super inclusive, all your guests end up dancing together, it's so much fun, loads of laughter and it means EVERYONE is on the dancefloor. So now you're sold on a Ceilidh... you need to think no further than hiring Sound With Us. I have had 70 guests of varying physical abilities, varying ages (from 2 months to 75 years old) and of various languages spoken.... The caller was incredible: fun but also very patient and very visual, repeating instructions as many times as necessary. Also unexpected on the day, one of the member of the band knew a very famous French song which (me being Belgian) meant that my whole family got up and sang with him. He performed in between sets, totally unsolicited. Honestly, Ceilidh With Us helped make our day totally unforgettable."

"I would 100% recommend Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band to anyone! It was the highlight of our wedding reception and got everyone involved no matter what age. The caller was clear and friendly and the music was brilliant. There was a mix of interesting and entertaining dances and we could have had them for another few hours and still been dancing! Thanks for a very memorable evening. "

"What an amazing evening of live ceilidh music. The group were a hit with people of all ages and everyone in the room was up dancing! We have had wonderful comments about the music and the superb calling. I have even had a request for the details so a birthday party can be booked in plenty of time! A huge thank you for reading the room and providing an awesome service!"

"Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Murphy's Lore for Saturday night - you were fantastic and absolutely made the day. We had lots of first time ceilidh-ers who were sceptical before it began and they kept telling me how much fun they were having! This really was the most fun evening. Great energy and enthusiasm .
