"I would just like to thank you all for playing at Louisa and Martin's wedding reception last Friday. The music was great and everyone thoroughly enjoyed dancing. I felt you had the right balance of ceilidh and disco music. Like all good events it all passed too quickly! We will certainly be recommending you too anyone looking for a ceilidh band in the future. Extra thanks to the fiddle player (Aaron?) for being at two places in the one day!!"

"Thank you to the Fiddlestix Band for an awesome evening of entertainment. The band joined us for a big birthday with 100 guests from ages 2 to 80 years. The music was infectious and they really set the tone for an evening of joy and laughter. The caller was great and the music in between sets was lovely (boy that lady has a voice!). Highly recommend xx Kim"

"I just wanted to send you a message to say how fantastic Alba Ceilidh Band were at our party on Saturday night - a large number of our guests (quite a lot of whom are musicians) commented on how good the band were. And they couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating with the way the evening ran. Thanks again - we would definitely recommend this band to friends and family."

The fact that so many people were up to dance, most of whom had never been to a Ceilidh before, was testimony to your good music and the lively but relaxed and welcoming atmosphere you created. "We have barely stopped smiling since Saturday night (or the early hours of Sunday morning)! We had a brilliant time, Angus and his friends had a brilliant time, and reports from our friends and family have also said that it was a memorable evening, for all the right reasons. So thank you to you and the band for your part in ensuring the evening was fabulous and kept everyone entertained right up to the last dance. Well done! That arrangement of Mission Impossible was rather apt at the hour you played it! I loved the mix of traditional and modern."

"This band are the best in the west! Kip is a brilliant caller - he puts people at their ease and makes it all such fun. Musically the band are top notch - Steve is a brilliant fiddler and they are all so on it and experienced that you know you are in very safe hands. I would recommend them very highly. "

"LMM organised the setting up of the event in a very efficient friendly and helpful manner. Even when our original act pulled out unexpectedly Sarah-Jane bent over backwards to ensure we got a similar act at a similar price, all at relatively short notice We were delighted with tremendous set which Martin and Anna of the Ardvierikie Ceilidh Band performed for us all on our son’s wedding night; it exceeded all of our expectations! Right from the word go, their professionalism and enthusiasm shone through, with both demonstrating superb musicianship combined with the excellent calling skills of Anna who got everyone up on their feet for the whole night! It gave all of us all an amazing evening to remember all our lives and greatly contributed to the success of the wedding as a whole."
