"Many thanks to The Rib Ticklers for helping us raise money at our charity event for The Injured Jockeys Fund. They were brilliant and kept a wide age range of people on their feet all night. "We hired the Edinburgh Ceilidh Trio for our wedding and they were fantastic, we had 3 hours of playing and I don't think the dance floor was empty once. They were great at explaining the dances to the guests, allowing them to quickly learn the dances and have a go. Many of the guests - most of which had never done a ceilidh before - all reported how much fun they had. "

"We hired the Ceilidh With Us band for our wedding and the night was just excellent. Communication before the event was detailed but straightforward. On the night, the caller was absolutely brilliant and the rest of the band were all super talented. It sounded great, the setup was great, and they had plenty of people dancing who don't normally (or ever!) dance. One couple told us they'd literally never danced together before that night! So all in all, brilliant. Would highly recommend!"

"Hi Gordon, We can't begin to thank you and the band enough for making Friday such a special evening. Helen was really looking forward to dancing with all her friends and the music you played certainly made people want to get up and join in, even oldies like me. Thank you also for managing the ceilidh dancing so well in a very restricted amount of space. We had expected just a few people to take part but were overwhelmed by the numbers and the enthusiasm. Helen had forewarned a number of her friends about the dances we were having so a few had taken advantage of the YouTube tutorials available but the success was all down to yourself. We both realised that you played for much longer than initially envisaged so thank you very much for that. Best wishes!"

"First time ive used Lastminutemusicians so happy i came across it online. Easy to use website, choose a musician by Area,Genre,Solo or Band & Budget. I chose Jack M a solo acoustic singer/guitarist. He managed a special request for me by learning to sing & play a song he hadnt done before at very short notice. Guests at the party wouldnt have known and thought he had been performing it for years it was perfect. In fact his whole set was perfect. Would love to see Jack M at one of his own gigs in the future. I will recommend lastminutemusicians & Jack M to anyone."
