"A general consensus put your slot at the top of the list for the w/e, closely followed, I must add, by the hog! Thank you so much for making us all smile – everyone loved the music and commented on the brilliant “calling” – a bright lady! I have given your name to several folk, but I wasn’t able to tell them how far you travel for a gig, as many of our friends live in the Bristol area. Thanks again for helping to make our 60th birthday party so memorable."

"We hired It's No' Reel for our English/Scottish wedding and they had guests of all ages up on the dance floor immediately. We were inundated with well-deserved compliments on our choice of band all night and our wedding was fantastically fun and family friendly thanks to them. The guys are all unbelievably talented musicians and it is testament to their skill that a group of three individuals could keep 100 adults and 20 children entertained for a whole evening. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any event - they made our day! There were a couple of things on the day that completely outshone our expectations and these guys were one of them. What a fun night of dancing!"

"Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say a huge thank you for playing the music at our wedding - you guys were absolutely amazing and helped make it such a special day for us. So many of our guests commented on how brilliant you were. Personally I will never forgot the way you played 'Ho Hey' by the Lumineers as I waited for Sarah to come down the aisle - it brought tears to my eyes and is a moment I will never forget - so thank you! A proper thank you will follow but just wanted to email now to say how much we appreciated what you did - you guys are incredible! We will be keeping an eye out for when you are playing at festivals/gigs and will definitely be coming along. "We booked blue jewel for a 70th birthday party. I cannot recommend them enough. They were professional when setting up, great musicians, motivated everyone to join in. They played 2 good length sets and everyone at the party commented on how good they were. If your looking for a ceilidh band who are professional and will provide a good evenings fun for your special occasion, book blue jewel. Thank you for making our party extra special."

From going with the flow of the timings of the day, to such positivity and beautiful vocals and music making, to making my grandma feel special having a nice chat about Northumberland, it felt like we had some friends along to our wedding to play for us.
