"We booked Caravan Swing for our charity event in at Gallery House -they were fabulous! The musicians were great and the band entered the spirit of the evening, despite playing outside on a slightly chilly Aberdeenshire evening. Thank you - we hope you will come back!!"

"Each year our section hold a rally. Each year we visit a different location alternating between the UK and Europe. It was my turn to organise a weeks rally in the UK, and I chose the Two Bridges Hotel near Princetown as our base. We needed some form of entertainment for our Gala Night. Our group are in the in main middle fifties and some over eighty so the last thing we need was a rock group. I had some opposition when I suggested a Folk group but I prevailed and have to say that tracking down a band was in the area was extremely difficult. Typing a search in Google for local folk groups resulted in names almost everywhere except in the West Country. Eventually I contacted Blue Jewel and Steve convinced me that they could adapt to our needs. Every single person enjoyed the groups performance, there were 62 people there and almost every single one said how much they enjoyed the group. As the organiser I was greatly impressed by the way they accommodated our requirements and we had a brilliant night. Thank you Blue Jewel Chris. "A big thank you to Blue Jewel for helping make my big birthday party so memorable. I have had loads of messages from my friends saying how much they loved the band's music and the dancing. Steve was an excellent lead at calling the dances, making sure I was happy and that the dances were fun and suited beginners as well as those more experienced."

"We had a brilliant time! It was a very hot day and the band were very accommodating, adjusting the playing times and breaking up the dancing with songs. There were only 30 of us, but everyone danced and several people commented on the quality of the music. The band even played “Waltzing Matilda” for the Australian contingent, who all sang along! Thanks very much BVB for making my party so special."

"From the initial enquiry right the way through to the event, both the service and level of communication was excellent. Definitely highly recommend the service offered by LastMinuteMusicians. But, more importantly, Josh was absolutely amazing, and he soon had everyone singing along, clapping and dancing from the off. And bearing in mind our event was a small family gathering of around 30 people (in our garden) to celebrate our son's wedding, with an age range of 1 - 75 years, that was no mean feat ! Our small grandchildren really enjoyed every song and Josh responded amazingly by playing the songs that kept everyone dancing. It was so lovely to see them enjoying the live music, and we have lovely photos and videos to treasure. Thank you so much, you delivered on all counts"

"I am sure you will be pleased to hear that we raised just over £4000 this year and were able to send cheques for £2000 each to both the Air Ambulance and Shipston Home Nursing. A good result.We have now also decided on next year’s date and really hope you will be able to play for us again. It is Saturday 7th April 2018. It really makes a difference having you there."
