"We booked Prophets of Swing as a trio for the evening party at our wedding. They played a fantastic lively set. Our guests loved it. It was so special having live music and the rates were very reasonable for such talented musicians. I would 100% recommend to a friend!"

"Here at Heart events we love The Misophone Collective. They played in our cafe on Tuesday night 30 April and they were amazing, we would welcome them back anytime. They started off with some Django Reinhart style numbers, playing in particular to the strengths of the 2 violins. In the second set they moved into a European gypsy theme getting more and more hectic and lively. The audience loved them and were up clapping and dancing- almost dancing on the tables! "

"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio were a fantastic edition to our Burns Night celebrations. From communicating before the event to the actual day, the group were professional and easy to reach. They also went above and beyond what their initial brief by ed by agreeing to toast the haggis – which was met with cheers - and taking suggestions from the crowd for different dances. By the end of the night they felt like part of the ROSL family."

She brought great energy, engaged naturally with the guests, and delivered a performance that felt both professional and personal. We received so many compliments from our guests and would be delighted to book her again for a future event—especially a summer party if she’s available!"

"First time I'd been to a Jazz concert. It was what I expected and more. An outside charity event at Gallery House near Marykirk in Aberdeenshire. It was a cold evening for June but the band kept us warm ? Hoping this event happens every year and they come back??"

"A fantastically talented and professional duo who seem to enjoy an encyclopaedic knowledge of music from Central and Eastern Europe. Although they are only two musicians they produce the sound of a small orchestra. Igor possesses a very fine voice and his renditions of Moscow Nights, Ochi Chornie and Those Were the Days (among a huge list of songs) are second to none. Sarah is a brilliant violinist and domra player. They enhanced our evening and made it quite unforgettable. "

"The trio were amazing and helped us bring the atmosphere to our wedding that we hoped for! "Thank you so much for being able to accommodate us on the wedding of my son! What with atrocious weather causing extensive flooding that weekend and having to postpone the wedding from the Saturday night until the Sunday, we were more than grateful that the band was still willing and able to perform on the Sunday. Great music and excellent calling made the evening, with all participants thoroughly enjoying themselves - sometimes with a little over enthusiasm! I highly recommend this band to any future clients booking. The band were more than helpful - especially Jennie with all my questions and the band on the day were superb. "
