"ust wanted to say thank you so much for the music, fun and sheer merriment you provided on Saturday. It was an absolutely cracking party, everyone had a blast and my parents loved every minute! Your music was perfect, you had everyone up singing and got everyone in the party spirit. Everyone has been passing on their thanks and regards, so just wanted to say thank you for making the party such a special and memorable occasion. We’ll all be there in force at The Water Poet in Spitalfield’s London next year on St Patrick’s Day, so we’ll be sure to come and say hello again! "I just have to thank Black Velvet Band for the great job they did at my 70th birthday ceilidh in Bristol on 24th June. I had such a great time, and that was partly down to the three of them working hard, and giving us great music to dance to. I danced every dance and enjoyed it so much. When the caller was explaining how to reel I thought, "Uh oh, this'll be fun!" and it certainly was ... I haven't laughed so much in ages. So, well done everyone involved, and if we ever have another I'll be sure to contact you again."

"We booked Fann Street Hot Club after hearing them play in London. Booking them was probably one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding! As Jan knows, so many of our other plans fell through, the worst of which being we suddenly had to change the venue!! But the band fit in seamlessly with all the chaos, and were absolutely wonderful. We couldn't thank them enough for everything they did to help make our wedding day the best day of our lives. We would highly recommend Fann Street Hot Club to anyone, without hesitation. "Chris and Jake traveled down to my hometown in Bradford on Avon to play at our wedding over Easter. We had spotted them at the Manchester Gin Festival last year and when we got engaged shortly afterwards knew we had to try and find them. They played a great set, the guests really enjoyed their music and our in laws are fancying them for their 60ths next year! We can't thank them enough for travelling all that way and making our day perfect! Thank you again!"

"Such a fantastic band! They appealed to all the guests at our wedding. Everyone, old and young, said how much they enjoyed the upbeat songs. They really helped to create the garden party feel we wanted for our day. They were also really lovely chaps and very flexible with last minute changes. Would book them again in a heart beat. "The band were a great edition to our wedding party event. They arrived on time and had no issues setting up independently with minimal direction from us as hosts. They gave good directions in terms of getting us started with a first dance, and set the tone for the two sets they played perfectly – giving great instructions to the mostly complete novice crowd present, with a good dose of humour alongside. Everyone there from small children through to retirees was able to participate. I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again for a future event, or to recommend them to others."

"Prophets of Swing were absolutely wonderful. They delivered exactly what we were hoping for and provided a lively and upbeat atmosphere at our wedding breakfast. Such talented, accomplished musicians. My husband and I were extremely impressed and absolutely delighted with them. All of our guests were singing their praises. I found Sarah-Jane Morris, and her assistants, very helpful, attentive and thorough with the booking process. "Black Velvet Band Irish Duo yet again provided fantastic music at our Christmas party. The duo are so flexible and helpful - this year they played quite a few Scottish reels etc for our Highland Themed Party which was perfect. The vibe was also just right and got lots of people up and dancing. It was a key contribution to the overall atmosphere. Please thank them for me. I highly recommend them! "
