"Huw was a true professional who has amazing talent. His performance was outstanding and we would not hesitate to recommend him. At one point, one of our guests thought that we had a CD playing. They didn’t believe that it was a live act. They thought that Huw’s voice was fantastic. Huw really did make our wedding extra special so thank you."

"The band was brilliant. Could not recommend enough. the choice of music, the energy they brought to the event was great. Very easy to work with, and very professional. Sound quality was great, even though the venue was quite small with hard surfaces, and the band did their homework about setting up and worked with us. A excellent choice, and would defo use them again. "

"I recently organised a surprise 40th birthday barn dance for my wife’s 40th birthday. Kip whom I was in contact with prior to the event was helpful and a breeze to deal with and when it came to the event itself Kip and the band were absolutely amazing! Thank you so much the three of you, you really made it a fun, hilarious and quality evening that we will always remember. So many people who’d never been to a barn dance have since said to me they are converts, and those that already had experience of ceilidhs extolled your virtues too. These things can hinge on the caller and Kip gauged the crowd perfectly - really making sure we all had a fantastic evening. Thank you so much again, would not hesitate to recommend or book again. Please let us know when you play at Plympton Guildhall next, we will definitely be there. Best Greg"

"Well what can I say! I have recently got married and Absolute played for us at our special day! They were amazing! They were so accommodating…. with a LOT of requests given to them beforehand !! They did not disappoint! They sang a range of all songs… there was something for everyone!! !! Everyone is still talking about how good this band were now!!! The dance floor was packed out all night long! They were great fun and we had the best time! We couldn’t recommend them enough and we thank them for the best day of our lives!!!! "A wonderful band. The caller was great and made everyone feel very comfortable. A wonderful evening for the whole family and friends ranging from 3 year olds to 80 year olds. Everyone could join in. Turned up on time and very polite nice lads. Would highly recommend."
