"Wow! What a voice! We booked this band for our wedding reception and they were absolutely FANTASTIC! Lilac's voice and musical talent is outstanding. Throughout the entire process the communication was efficient and helpful, it was really beneficial to meet them online remotely prior to booking too and build up rapport beforehand. I 100% whole heartedly recommend them for any event."

"Thank you all so much for a fantastic ceilidh on Saturday night at our wedding. It was brilliant and so much fun. Everyone loved it. Thank you too for letting us play our music on your speakers in the break and after. The lady who was the caller was great, really clear with her instructions and commanded everyone so well, thank you v much. It was an amazing wedding day - literally the best day of our lives. So thank you for contributing and making it so special. We loved the ceilidh and your music, just wonderful Will highly recommend you to anyone who wants a ceilidh! "

"Much impressed. A highly entertaining mix of covers given an interesting twist, and what I especially like best, some brilliant, catchy and well-structured original songs. Elaine and Martin are both great performers and always leave you wishing the 'time' bell was that bit later and they were able to squeeze in another song or three."

"We had Annasach Ceilidh Band play for our daughters wedding at the Ptarmigan, Loch Insh. All of the guests thought the band were fantastic, they played mood music as guests arrived followed by a full on Ceilidh. The instrumentalist were amazing and the caller was friendly, funny and ensured we had a wonderful ceilidh."

"The Northern Ceilidh band performed at our wedding reception and were fabulous! Jon and the others are extremely talented musicians, and Joyce an experienced and engaging caller. The dance floor for the ceilidh was full from start to finish, and our guests had so much fun. Prior to the wedding, Jon and Joyce went to the trouble of videoing a sequence for us so that we could practice a ‘first dance’ with friends. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Wonderful people, wonderful musicians and a wonderful night of dancing. If you’re looking for a fantastic Ceilidh band, look no further! "

"Yes, she does indeed sing. We had a fabulous night with Ruby. So lovely to see her again. Ruby has a blow your socks off voice and sang songs from all years. Many thanks to Paul for the sound too. It was Dave’s birthday tonight and Ruby made it really special for him. Lots of folks up dancing and great audience interaction. Everyone had a blast, so thank you, both, and see soon."

"They were absolutely brilliant. They really got everyone up on the dance floor and led the sets so that all the guests could really enjoy the dancing. We had a lot over from Canada and they still haven’t stopped telling us how much they enjoyed it. The Scots amongst us also appreciated how good they were and how hard they worked to ensure it was great fun. They helped make the wedding a very special and unforgettable day for Joseph and Amanda. "
