"We cannot thank Blue Jewel enough for giving us such a fun-filled, memorable evening. The four-piece band were excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed the variety of music. The blessing dance was a real favourite! The caller was fantastic at encouraging and directing everybody on the dance floor. So many of our friends and family commented on how wonderful the ceilidh was. We would highly recommend Blue Jewel to anyone in need of talented, enthusiastic and friendly band. Thank you once again for making our wedding reception the happiest of occasions."

The band were exactly what we wanted for my daughter’s wedding and really helped the reception go with a swing. Good music and the caller was great fun and guided us through the dances. "OMG where to begin?!? What an amazing experience we had, from our initial contact with the group/owner/lead singer, Lilac, all the way through to our wedding day. Before booking we had a fair amount of correspondence, information bouncing backwards and forwards with my specific questions to their professional opinions and information. I had a vision which I presented and it was clear from the start we could trust them to produce exactly what was wanted. Once we confirmed our booking, over the 12 months before our wedding, there were zoom chats and even a dinner date for us all to meet and put together our tailored set list arrangements, for both solo acoustic sets and country band sets (which we had booked a 5 piece but due to some changes in circumstances ended up with an 8 piece 🫶🏼👌🏼) Their professionalism is 2nd to none and faultless. On the big day, they arrived early, with their engineer not only managing to get a whole lot of equipment set up and maintained for 2 different on site locations but also spending time documenting the highlights.. the work that goes on behind the scenes is paramount and knowing the basics I was highly impressed. Now, for the performances.. obviously this is what everyone soaks in the most! Perfection is in the eye of the beholder and as I have no doubt, the band will confirm this, my requirement of this is relentless (the musical element to the day was almost as important to me as the day itself) and I can hand on heart express how I felt their performances were exactly the level of perfection I envisioned. I'm not the crying kind, I held back tears at the ceremony but Lilac managed to break me during her solo acoustic performances twice! Upon the band starting to play for our bride and groom enterance to the marquee we were compelled to jump straight onto the dance floor and we were both encapsulated by a stunning performance. Not being one to usually be found on the dancefloor too long I felt the lack of need to leave for the entire 1st set. I remember a conversation with Lilac about being able to get all the guests dancing and my stating I'll put every effort into ensuring that dancefloor was filled. Well, within the 1st minute we went from Mr & Mrs alone on the floor to having the room filled, although my assertiveness instigated this, it was the band that kept them all there from start to finish. What a wonderful wedding we had and what an epic musical experience everyone had! We've had nothing but high praise from all our guests and my only response is "weren't they amazing?!" Finally, on a personal level. These guys are absolutely as lovely as they are professional. Their genuine passion for what they do and their personalities shine through not only their performances with smiles, energy and interactions but just in conversation before and afterwards. Outstanding work, beautiful people. We love you, we loved what you did for us and appreciate each of you for being you and being a major piece of the best day of both our lives 🫶🏼👌🏼🤗 Thankyou!!!! Oh, and they can even provide a videographer and other services if required.. just another quick plug for you. Yee Hawww 🤠🥳🎶🔊❤️"

"Rachel performed for us on the 25th at The Pheasant Inn in Winnersh - extremely professional service and even brought along a support act to start the evening off. Rachel performed a range of covers to cater to all of our customers and even took requests to ensure the atmosphere was buzzing! Extremely interactive with the audience and staff members on the evening encouraging everyone to join in and have a little boogie! - with this she even managed to get our loyal locals out of their little corner to come and enjoy the performance! (some of those even danced along!) Booked again for July and we cannot wait to see what is in store for the next performance! "

"Just a note to say thank you for playing at my mother’s 90th Birthday party last Saturday. She had a wonderful time and commented on how good the band was. "Dear Lilac, I just wanted to send a thank you to you and the band for the 2 August performance. Everyone really enjoyed the music and commented on how the country band was excellent. I appreciate your learning the songs I sent over- I think you did a brilliant job. You also did a great mix of music that went really well together, we really enjoyed dancing to it. My husband said he thought you and your band made the weekend, you were his favorite and that is saying a lot considering we had 4 performances that weekend. "The band was fantastic to work with, very helpful in the run up to the wedding with sending us pre recordings of our first dance song and organising the songs to be played on the night with us. They were also very flexible about having part ceilidh and part covers during the evening which was perfect! Lilac’s voice is incredible! The ceilidh went very well and all the guests enjoyed themselves swinging each other around! Very friendly and professional team - would definitely highly recommend to others!"

"Absolutely fantastic. Rachel was chilled, laid back and happy to just have fun and enjoy it. I enjoyed it thoroughly and I know that many others enjoyed it too hope to see her back soon. Even made an impromptu song about a Grey BMW that was blocking someone XD and it was hilarious. Would 10000% recommend Rachel for any event, the line dancing was fantastic. "

"The ceilidh band were amazing! Our gala evening was especially for a group of 10 year olds but adults attended too. The caller, Mick, explained the steps clearly for them to follow, and used children and adults to demonstrate so they could follow. The music was lively, loud and energetic and everyone got up to dance! We have booked the band before and I would definitely book the band again. Thank you for making our evening such a great success."
