"Blue Jewel played for my son's wedding on Saturday. They were amazing! Virtually the entire guest list of 110 people danced the entire night, having a fantastic time. The feedback was just... wow! I would thoroughly recommend them... and lovely guys too."

"There was so much positive resonance in the air from the enjoyment you, Steve and Gordon created with your music and leadership. Many people commented on the numerous smiley faces and the delight at being with others, taking exercise. “Their best party in two years”! Thank you, all, for sharing your musical flair and enabling a fun evening. We are well aware there would be nothing without your skills. Yes, there was some rust amongst the brain cells but it was also noticeable that very few dances were sat out!"

"The band played at my daughter’s wedding reception on Saturday and really made the evening go with a swing. All the communication in the run up to the event was good – what music we were looking for, arrangements about set up, timings, etc. Musically, they are an excellent band."

We’ve had some fantastic feedback from the scholars and they all seemed to have a great time learning the different dances, and I think this was a very memorable way to round off the day for them. "The Blue Jewel Ceilidh band played at our rugby club on Friday 13th Feb. Although we didn't have a great turnout to the event, Steve took control of the limited numbers and was still able to make the night work. Everyone who came said how much fun they had had and can't wait for the next one. Steve's calling was clear and the music played was brilliant. I would highly recommend these guys for a fun night, no issues and Steve keeps you updated via email. Thanks Steve, Aaron and Mike for travelling so far to make our night so much fun! Leanne"

"Rachel & The Haystacks played our wedding reception to perfection :) Even covered a request song for our first dance brilliantly! Everyone commented on what a professional band, well rounded and excellent song choices to please young and old. "The Shooglers were real stars at our wedding in Lochgoilhead in October. They performed a perfect mix of ceilidh and rock covers, sometimes in the same dance! It really had everyone up on the dance floor for most of the evening. Afterwards, everyone wanted to know where we'd got them from including the venue coordinator who sees bands every week. Most of all, they have a great sense of humour - they realise it's all about everyone having a great time. Thanks again guys, you were awesome. "
