"Hi I’d be delighted to leave you a review! Thank you so much for playing for our wedding Ceilidh dance and disco at the lodge on the Loch on Tuesday night. To be honest with you, we “thought” we had booked just your average Joe ceilidh band to play for us, but you guys are certainly not just average you are utterly brilliant. We loved all the Ceilidh Dances esp faithless in the strip the willow, top class. Also, the Dj set was brilliant and had everyone dancing all night. 10/10 hope to see you somewhere and and will recommend you to everyone. Thank you a million once again."

"Stuart, thank you for a sterling evening on Saturday - everyone had a great time as was witnessed by the amount of dancing (despite the age of some of the participants.  Thank you very much for supporting us and doing the Address to the Haggis as well as the Selkirk Grace - it is very much appreciated (especially as you have such a passionate delivery of the words).  Thanks go to Jill as well as she is the perfect caller for a group like ours where many are novices and the rest of us forget the steps from one year to the next. I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of your keyboard player, but she is to be commended too as you 3 make an extremely professional team. "

"Barnbusters were brilliant for my 40th birthday ceildh. they were very accommodating on time and location as well as being very reasonably priced. The band were great and the caller did a lovely job of getting our novice group dancing and having a good time. I highly recommend."

Thanks Sharon, it was great to see everyone up out of their seats and dancing to our music non stop. It was a great night for the band, we thoroughly enjoyed playing for such a receptive audience.

"We went along to the album launch. It was a fantastic evening. Her songs are catchy and extremely well written with either acoustic guitar or whole band accompaniment. Rachel has a very versatile voice and she can sing a variety of styles. She also does covers and has an enormous number of songs in her sets. Something to suit every age group and occasion, from weddings and birthday parties to restaurants and bars. An exceptional artist! "

"Black Velvet Band Irish Band were excellent and really added to our Irish themed evening. Lots of very traditional music. The guys were very flexible and last minute added in a Ceili set without prior knowledge which was appreciated by all and added to the fun of the evening. Very highly recommended."

Once again it was an absolutely fantastic night had by all, with everyone thoroughly enjoying the dancing. Great explanations throughout and lots of fun. "Lucy and Jack were amazing at our wedding. Everything we could have hoped for. They were great at learning my song requests for the whole day. Very reasonably priced for the incredible service they provide. Intimate and happy atmosphere created by their beautiful voices and musical talents! Completely perfected the musical genres we wanted of modern country and pop, with couple of older songs too. For any brides out there I highly recommend Lucy and Jack, and to have live singer whilst walking down the aisle, it was one of the most memorable parts of my day. "
