Once again it was an absolutely fantastic night had by all, with everyone thoroughly enjoying the dancing. Great explanations throughout and lots of fun. "The Ceilihouse recently played at our wedding reception and it was amazing. All our guests commented on what an atmosphere they created and how superb they were. Thank you guys for making our special day even more special. Would recommend to anyone to book these guys for their event as they are amazing. (gently done!!) from all sorts of assorted people. We had a fabulous time, and I shall treasure the looks of thorough enjoyment on each of the dancers’ faces. "

"The event was a huge success, the band arrived in plenty of time to set up and entertained early guests with background music before the main event. They managed to get all our guests up and dancing - I have never been to a dance where the men had to dance together - but they were all so keen to join in. I would have no hesitation to book through LMM again, and Craigi Ceilidh band would be my first choice."

"The Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band entertained us at our village fete dance and we would highly recommend them. This was the second time we have booked them and they did not disappoint us. They gauged the audience well and made sure both young and old could join in. They coped supremely well with the last minute change of venue due to bad weather also. Communication and booking was easy. Thank you guys! "

"Kip and his Ceilidh band performed at our wedding 30 years ago and proved the perfect choice for getting everyone involved, whatever their age, shape or size! Family and friends talked about the dancing for years after. There was simply nobody else to consider when we returned to Cornwall to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Once again, the dance floor was packed, some with a modicum of timing and coordination. Others with absolutely none. We all had the best time. If you want everyone involved and loads of fun, look no further than the Blue Jewel Ceilidh band. Thanks Kip. "

"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio – Christian and Fiona’s 40th Wedding Anniversary Party – May 2026 Wonderful, great musicians, great caller, managed to get dancing going for a mixed age group which included from quite senior to a few young children. The band were very helpful and flexible and helped towards a memorable evening for everyone. Great music, plenty of dancing, great party!"
