"Huge thank you for the superb Ceilidh at our wedding! You were all fantastic and both we and our guests absolutely loved it. Music was superb, the calling was perfect and just the right pace. A lot of our guests had come from overseas and had a blast! Was so great to have this sort of event that all different cultures could get behind and instantly love. Went down an absolute storm."

"Lilac and the band were more than we could have asked for. We hired 'Barn with us' for a corporate summer party and they were great! Amazing talent, got lots of people up line dancing and they were so easy to communicate with prior to the event too. Will defintiely be using again."

"They were lovely people and everyone there enjoyed their music. It was a Country Fair and due to their efforts we had people dancing on the grass with straw bales around to sit on. Happy people! Job well done. Thank you. We would certainly book them again for another event."

"My WI group just had one of the best nights out with the Barnbuskers. We are not the best at taking orders but the Caller was very patient and we had such fun. I haven’t laughed that much for a long time and all the ladies present felt the same. Very talented musicians and well worth hiring for an event. Julie x"

"I hired The Haystacks to play at my 40th birthday after seeing them perform at a friend's wedding. I would highly recommend them as they play a wide range of popular music from different decades, with the possibility of learning a favourite song to make your occasion extra special. Many popular pop songs work in there soft rock/country style as well as the more obvious classics. For example Lady Gaga Bad Romance I preferred to the pop original. So they are a good choice for a party of all ages covering many music genres."

"Well, we went along to the Clutha benefit gig in The Classic Grand, there were such a choice of great bands to choose from on 2 floors, The Mrs & I were downstairs as it was mostly rock bands and we had a seat, so the bands changed again & again until I heard the next band was a Ceilidh band, quite a few were looking around sort of laughing as if how’s this gonna fit in with the night, so there's now quite a few people sitting down waiting, so on comes as expected the usual accordion, fiddle,drummer & guitarist set up, and then it began, the accordion started then in came the fiddle then this electric rock guitar and ass-kicking rock drum beat, and low and behold before you know it everybody's on their feet standing poking their heads up and down to see who the hell was making this amazingly blended sound of rock & Scottish folk, the accordion player’s fingers were impossible to track as they rolled up and down the board, and the fiddle was just about glowing to match, topped off with a great guitar and drums, with bits of Pink Floyd through to Miley Cyrus flung in, hard to believe but true, and all served up for your ears to savour at 100 mph, the whole place became electric, it was amazing to listen to and stunning to watch, I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this band, We got talking to David (the accordion player) and his family afterwards and found him such a laugh & such a nice family, highlight of the night, so thanks to The Shooglers your time & talent is very well spent and it shows cheers. "

"The three chaps that make up this band were fantastic on the night, I've had nothing but compliments from the many people in attendance. The music they played was perfect, my 80 year old Irish father who's party it was hasn't stopped smiling since Saturday night. They actually learnt a song which is one of his favourites for the night. And it went down very well. I would recommend the lads to my friends and family events in the future for sure. Many thanks. "Blue Jewel played for our wedding and they gave us the perfect ending to an amazing day. They played a wide variety of songs and the instruction was clear and easy to follow, which meant that all of our guests were involved and had a really good time. The band were very professional and easy to deal and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much for helping to make the evening so special and enjoyable!"

"I booked Nashville Nights Duo for my garden party and they were absolutely fantastic! Their harmonies were beautiful, the setlist had something for everyone, and they created such a fun, feel-good atmosphere. All of my guests commented on how amazing they were and how much they enjoyed the music. I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again for another event – highly recommended!"

"Hi Aly, Just wanted to email to say what an amazing night we had at our wedding ceilidh. Everyone commented on what a fantastic, fun night they had. We knew it would get people up dancing but we couldn't believe how full the dance floor was! From people who had never been to a ceilidh, to our Scottish friends, everyone had the time of their lives! Thank you again, and also thank you for allowing us to use your PA system and lights. This worked perfectly for the disco after the ceilidh! We will definitely recommend you to anyone considering a ceilidh. We wish we could do it all again. Thanks, Steve & Sarah"
