"A huge thank you to Tom and the Its No Reel band who were brilliantly superb from our first email to the last dance of our wedding. No query went unanswered nor late and Tom accommodated our every needs. It couldn't have been easier booking them and we knew just how good their ceilidh music was from their videos. Our families are frequent ceilidh dancers and they were very impressed by the music and calling and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Even those unknown to ceilidh dancing were happily enticed to the dance floor and taken through the steps. The ceilidh was one of the most fun parts of our wedding day and I'd highly recommend everyone to hire Its No Reel! Thank you very much for a fantastic end to our wedding day and we hope to see you again!"

"Barnbusters were brilliant for my 40th birthday ceildh. they were very accommodating on time and location as well as being very reasonably priced. The band were great and the caller did a lovely job of getting our novice group dancing and having a good time. I highly recommend."

"Stuart, thank you for a sterling evening on Saturday - everyone had a great time as was witnessed by the amount of dancing (despite the age of some of the participants.  Thank you very much for supporting us and doing the Address to the Haggis as well as the Selkirk Grace - it is very much appreciated (especially as you have such a passionate delivery of the words).  Thanks go to Jill as well as she is the perfect caller for a group like ours where many are novices and the rest of us forget the steps from one year to the next. I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of your keyboard player, but she is to be commended too as you 3 make an extremely professional team. "

"What a find! The Blue Jewel Celidh Band were just amazing. We are a charity and had organized a St Patrick's Day Barn Dance and are truely grateful to the band for stepping in at the last minute. The whole evening was joyous with a great party feel to it. Everyone danced from children and young people to grandparents. The caller and the musicians were enthusiastic and extremely competent. There was a great atmosphere and buzz everyone had a great time and were asking when was the next one! A big THANK YOU to the Blue Jewel Celidh band."

"Just a quick note to thank you for playing at the wedding of my daughter Emma and Nathaniel's wedding on the 29th December at the Old Swan Hotel. Iam sorry that I was unable to catch you on the evening and express my thanks as the ceilidh capped a wonderful day. For many of the guests this was their first experience of a ceilidh as we had guests from Australia, Japan, Switzerland and Canada. They/we loved it and you made the dance routines very clear with your instructions. Those that could no dance really the live music. Please pass on my gratitude to the other musicians. "Jamie was a complete professional and delivered our wedding songs beautifully. We asked Jamie to learn some songs that were personal to us and he didn't disappoint. He was honest and realistic with us to ensure that it met our expectations which was really appreciated as we all know how important it is to have that perfect wedding day. Lots of our guests commented on his performance and loved the music. Would highly recommend."

"Quick note to say a massive thank you for Saturday night in Northleach. After a slow start - I think there was a mixture of nervousness and a warm evening outside! - everyone had a fantastic time. I've had so many people saying that it's either been ages since they went to a Ceilidh or had never ceilidh'd before and they loved it. Lots of people passing on thanks to you and the band too - excellent stuff as usual. The caller (who's name I didn't catch) has been singled out for her patience! Another Ceilidh is definitely on the cards, though perhaps this time in the winter - I don't think I've sweated that much for years!"

"What a fantastic band! The booking process was easy and seamless, communication was great, and the band created a brilliant atmosphere at our joint 40th/60th family birthday party. Our very experienced caller got all the guests on the dance floor - with ages from 3 to 83, and a number of guests with wheelchairs, walkers and other mobility needs, that was no mean feat! We had a wonderful evening, and made some brilliant memories that will last a lifetime. All the guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thank you so much to the band for making our special evening such a success!"
