"Having a Ceilidh band and a caller will absolutely make your event. There are two things my family and friends talk about when they talk about my wedding: the Ceilidh and our magician. So first off, going for a Ceilidh really is worthwhile. It's super inclusive, all your guests end up dancing together, it's so much fun, loads of laughter and it means EVERYONE is on the dancefloor. So now you're sold on a Ceilidh... you need to think no further than hiring Sound With Us. I have had 70 guests of varying physical abilities, varying ages (from 2 months to 75 years old) and of various languages spoken.... The caller was incredible: fun but also very patient and very visual, repeating instructions as many times as necessary. Also unexpected on the day, one of the member of the band knew a very famous French song which (me being Belgian) meant that my whole family got up and sang with him. He performed in between sets, totally unsolicited. Honestly, Ceilidh With Us helped make our day totally unforgettable."

"A massive thank you to you and the guys for such a wonderful evening at our wedding in France! You made the evening a night to remember for everyone and all of our guests were raving about you. Even our French neighbours, who had come up for a glass of wine and a 'mosey about', were highly entertained. We greatly appreciate the distance you travelled and the long night you had on Saturday but the wedding wouldn't have been the same without you. Having every dance danced to by guests, many of who had never ceilidhed before was better than we expected, especially with the heat! You were a pleasure to deal with in the months before and on the day, nothing seemed like it was too much trouble. We would be happy to recommend you to anyone considering a ceilidh band as you were without doubt the best, most entertaining and fun band we have come across."

"Hello Philip, This is Heather Clark I booked you last year, for a 60th birthday party at Newtongrange Mining Museum which was a fantastic night and Stuart whose party it was loved every moment of it especially when he dressed up as Elvis ..you and the other members of your band were fantastic with all the special people who were at the party ..would it be possible to book you again for a lady we support who will be 80 in July and its being held at St Matthews hall in Rosewell its a bigger hall but I think the 4 piece would be good ..hope to hear from you soon."

"Thank you so much for playing at our wedding - you were fantastic and we had a wonderful time dancing with our guests! The evening was perfect, everything we had wished for. Everyone said how much they enjoyed it and you could really tell from all the laughing and smiling that the guests were having a great time. Some people had never been to a ceilidh before and I think they are now hooked! The music was wonderful and we really appreciated you playing some French folk dances for the French side of the family. From the moment we got in touch with you we knew you were the right band choice, as you were so friendly and professional. You went out of your way to make sure the evening went as planned. Thank you especially for letting us steal you away from your set-up to play us a few maypole tunes and for staying and helping us with the after ceilidh disco. Wishing you lots of good luck in the future and if we ever plan another ceilidh we know who to call!"

"Hi guys, Apologies it is taking me so long to get in touch, but Kris and I wanted to drop you a quick message to say thank you so much for playing at the wedding at Traquair on the 13th August. The night was a huge success and that was largely in part of yourselves. You received loads of compliments from our guests and a number of people have asked for your details so safe to say you were a hit! "The Blaggers were absolutely brilliant and exactly what we were after. This was a big corporate party for a young audience and they were fun and a modern take on a ceilidh band. I highly recommend them for any event as they would be great regardless of audience."

"Hi Davie, We would like to thank you again for playing at our wedding last week - the ceilidh was incredible! We had an amazing time and our guests had an amazing time too. We were impressed with how The Shooglers enthused the many German guests with the spirit of ceilidh dancing, even though none of them had ever seen anything like it before! "Wraggle Taggle were fantastic for my birthday party at Alexandra Park School. Mick was a great communicator leading up to the event and made me feel reassured that everything was well-planned. The music was excellent and the caller made sure that we all had a great time joining in although most of us were unfamiliar with the dances beforehand. Some of the comments I received from friends were "it made me feel young again!" and "I haven't had so much fun for a long time!" Thank you to Mick and the band for a wonderful evening! "
