"I run a venue which hosts parties and promotional events for the alcohol and beverages industry. Mozel Tov Cocktails played at our celebration of the end of Prohibition. They did a stomping set well suited the event, and even mixed in some live electro-swing which went down a storm with the clients. We liked them so much we booked them again a few months later for the Glasgow Art School Archetects graduation ball. If you like totally authentic gypsy jazz and swing as well as bit of klezmer this is your band. In a nutshell: fun, dedicated, authentic virtuosic professionals."

"We've so enjoyed having Blackbeard's Tea Party along at our events that they're now our "go to" band every time we have a ceilidh. They bring energy, musical talent and a sense of fun every time they play. Our ceilidh events are always a success, and that's mainly down to this great group of musicians. If you want a lively "proper" ceilidh band, then look no further than Blackbeard's Tea Party."

"Willow Tree Barn Dance Band provided the music for my husband’s 70th birthday party. We found them to be most professional and organised, arrived in good time and nothing was too much trouble. The music and tuition were top notch. A fantastic evening of jollity and mayhem, with all of our guests young and old saying they had a most enjoyable evening. "

"Would highly recommend them" Wraggle taggle were great (9th September 2023* Saturday Ruskin House, 23 Coombe Rd, Croydon CR0 1BD}. The communication from the band leader was fantastic from the very beginning. They arrived on time and were very flexible considering the extreme heat on the day of our wedding. They are fantastic, talented musicians and all our guests were raving about them! Would highly recommend them for your event Eleanor Keane 18th September 2023"

"Hi Fiddlestix, thank you so much for such a fun time at our party on Saturday. The band were amazing and Geoff the caller did an amazing job at keeping us under control! The dance floor was always packed and we’ve had so many compliments about you. This is the first time many of our friends have been to a Ceilidh and they all had a great time. "We came across Gerry from web reviews on this site. Our vision was to find an accordonist who could accompany our pre-wedding groom arrival procession playing upbeat and beat tunes. Gerry was very enthusiastic and open to our requests and a pleasure to work with. The event and music was lovely so thankyou to Gerry and his trumpet player colleague who made the day very special. "

"We had a wedding party which included visitors from Australia, several European countries, the south of England as well as Scots. It's No Reel Ceilidh Band made sure that everyone had the chance to learn the dances and the great atmosphere they generated made sure we all had a fantastic time. Their take on the progressive barn Dance was very entertaining. Tom could not have been more helpful with the arrangements beforehand, as well as on the night itself, and everyone was very complimentary about the music."
