"Dermot’s music was one of the highlights of our wedding day. Having moved our wedding from Ireland to the UK due to Covid, we really wanted to capture the emotion and essence of an Irish wedding, and the music and drinks reception were perfect! During our walk down the aisle there wasn’t a dry eye in the house! Beforehand Dermot organised zoom rehearsal with my sister in law so she could sing alongside him confidently during the ceremony and I know she was extremely grateful. The impromptu singalong during the drinks reception was a highlight for so many of us (and staff at the venue!). Dermot was professional, courteous, flexible and my only regret was that we had to leave the drinks reception to for the wedding breakfast! We are so grateful to him and could not recommend him enough."

"Funk With Us played at our wedding this weekend and they were absolutely FANTASTIC! High energy, super helpful and just a pleasure to work with, we cannot recommend them highly enough! Lilac and Remko both spoke with us in advance to get to know us a little better and find out more about the type of music we were interested in. Lilac gave us a call in the lead up, was available via whatsapp and was just generally super helpful. On the night of our wedding the dance floor was always filled with everyone singing and dancing along and having a really great time! So, so, so pleased we booked Funk With Us, thanks for making our wedding evening so awesome! Thanks Lilac, Remko and the rest of the band! "

"We would like to say thank you again for playing at our wedding last month, you really added something special to the celebration. From the earliest planning stages it was very important to me that we would have a piper playing some of the tunes I knew from all the Highland Games my dad took me to as a youngster. I had the window open in the room at the hotel where I was getting ready so I could hear you clearly. You were brilliant on the day, going above and beyond the call of duty throughout, and were glad we chose you. It was very good of you to stay on as long as you did. We hadn't even considered being piped into the meal, but it was a lovely way to introduce the next part of the day. Very best wishes, and thanks again. Neil & Anna. PS: Thanks for "Hector the Hero". "Davie, Nicky and I are just back from a trip up north and have only now got 'connected' to the outside world again. Just a wee note to thank you and the rest The Shooglers for an amazing ceilidh at our wedding at Lunga. We loved it and everyone else did too, more than a few folk took your cards and are trying to think of an excuse to have their own ceilidh and book you guys for it!
