It was a last minute decision from us to have music during that time and we couldn’t be happier that we booked you. We had so many compliments about it and it really made the time fly by. "Amazing night with joyous music from the band from start to finish. Very accommodating for our age span of 8 years to 80 years! Plenty of caller participation to get us all going in fun dances which everyone said made them ache the next day! I heartily recommend them. Very friendly too! "

"Blue Jewel were definately the right choice to play at our wedding. We had a fantastic time, the music was superb and the band evoked a terrific fun atmosphere at our reception. Just about every one of our guests Joined in for a dance, and so many of them commented on how much they enjoyed the band!! We wish we could d it all over again!! A big THANK YOU Blue Jewel!!"

"Lyra Strings played at our wedding ceremony, and she was absolutely incredible. She was more than happy to learn a few of our favorite songs that weren’t on her usual setlist, and her communication in the lead-up to the event was always warm, professional, and helpful. On the day, she exceeded all our expectations—I lost count of the number of guests who complimented her performance! One of my most treasured moments was walking down the aisle while she played ‘Halo’ by Beyoncé. Now I just need another big occasion so I have an excuse to book her again! Highly, highly recommended. "

"We both wanted to extend our thanks for the wonderful music the BVB accordion and fiddle duo performed for us on our wedding day. We both had an amazing time and really felt that Mike and Jase added to the day immeasurably. Stef in particular enjoyed the special attention that was given to her by the duo - the guys played an instrumental version of her favourite song - and we both loved seeing family members singing along to Dutch classics. The interaction with the duo themselves was excellent and certainly helped us feel relaxed in both the run up to and on the day itself."

My parents are celebrating their 60th birthday next year and are now really excited about having a similar event. "What can we say?! You guys were fantastic, we had so much fun as did our guests who have not stopped with the compliments since. It was our first ceilidh dance like many of our guests but it mattered not at all, Kip was brilliant at calling the moves and getting everyone up on their feet having a go and managing to get us holding it together which is no mean feat when it comes to rhythmically challenged mates!! And for those of my guests who have been to many a ceilidh dance, they too couldn't praise the band highly enough and all said it was the best they have been to. One very happy bride :-) I'd recommend Blue Jewel to anybody wanting to inject some fun into any party - the perfect ice breaking, crowd pleasing entertainment, everyone can join in and have a blast, no rhythm required!! "
