"Dermot added something truly special to a difficult day, being my mother-in-law's funeral, but a combination of his professionalism, artistry and sensitivity made a deep impression on everyone there. On top of that, the speed with which Sarah-Jane arranged things with Dermot at very short notice helped enormously in smoothing the arrangements for the whole day. Thank you!"

"I would have no hesitation in recommending Luc, he played at our recent wedding and created a magical and perfect atmosphere. The harp sounded amazing, Luc played a variety of both classical and modern music as requested by us. Luc arrived in plenty of time and set up with no fuss. He is so talented and made our day perfect, we can’t thank him enough for managing to get to us in the middle of Storm Eunice."

"The Shooglers played at our wedding in May and they were great! They were brilliant at calling the ceilidh dances and Davie (the caller) certainly has the gift of the gab! He encouraged everyone to get up and dance and had people laughing in the process with lines like, 'the next dance is a prize dance... Prise yourselves off your seats and get up to dance!' All our guests commented on how good the band was and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - a great find! "

"Kelly's Heroes are highly original in their renditions of Celtic, mainly Irish, music and song. They include; a guitarist who can be a rhythm section in his own right, a remarkable native Irish singer who can move from lyrical traditional singing to a declamatory, story telling style plus versatile and virtuoso playing of accordion, fiddle and banjo. There is never a dull moment when this band are on stage while at the same while there is nothing formulaic about their musical treatments. Kelly's Heroes are utterly unique and brilliant."

"Davie, I don’t know where to start by thanking you boys for Friday night. There were over 100 peeps there and I would say nearly everyone has commented on how brilliant you were and how you made the night. Big Andy(the big fat loud boy) thinks you’re even better now compared to the wedding and we thought you were awesome then. Everybody had a great time which is mainly down to you guys. We’ve not stopped talking about it since. Hopefully, our paths will meet to let us get Shoogled once more. Pass our regards to the boys. "I recently booked Ruby to sing at a 100th birthday celebration for one of our residents at the care home where I work. I wanted to organise the most perfect party for Ida and her family and even managed to secure the Lord Mayor of Sutton Coldfield to attend the celebration. From our first conversation, I knew Ruby was just perfect to perform for us all. Ruby arrived and set up at the agreed time looking fabulous, and sang us through the ages. One memorable moment was whilst singing The White Cliffs of Dover Ruby sang right next to Ida and they interacted beautifully with Ida fully engaged and singing along. The feedback I received from our residents, their relatives and staff in attendance at the celebration was absolutely brilliant and many have asked when Ruby will be back to sing for us all again. I have booked Ruby for our next event and look forward to working with her on many more occasions. I can not recommend this lovely lady enough."

"Funk With Us providing the band, DJ and PA for our wedding on the 9th October 2021. And they were absolutely amazing. In the lead up to the event, their diligence and patience in helping sort out some issues around sound levels at the venue went way above and beyond what we'd initially agreed with them. They friendly, highly personal service and wish to really understand what we wanted for the day meant we felt really positive and confident going into the day. On the day itself, they were amazing with the band being great fun, really getting involved and making sure the dance floor was both packed and super fun. We would absolutely recommended everytime, these guys are amazing. 12/10."

"Hello!, You played at our wedding at the Ghillie Dhu on 6th October. Just wanted to thank you so much for the amazing music which created such a buzz and atmosphere that I'll never forget!! You were absolutely fantastic and the talk of the day. All of our guests including the ones who admitted that they "hate a ceilidh", all said you were absolutely amazing and the by far the best ceilidh band they had ever heard.
